How to apply

 

Admission & Fees

Admission & Fees Candidates must hold a relevant University degree and several years of working experience. Admission requires either a Bologna Master's degree, or an equivalent former diploma delivered afrter fours years of University studies (240 ETCS). In addition, applicants should demonstrate an excellent command of English and a sufficient knowledge of French. Given the large number of annual applications, only candidates fulfilling these criteria will be considered. Interested candidates are required to submit the application from, along with copies of their university degrees and detailed curriculum vitae, to the Ceris administrative headquarter. 

There are two intakes a year. October intake: Most participants attend the programme from October to May; Closing date for applications is 30 September. February intake : It is also possible to attend the course from February to January; Closing date for applications is 28 February. Participants are nonetheless encouraged to apply early, as only a limited number are accepted each academic year.

The Tuition fees for attending the programme are of 3000 €  for the whole course. Enrolment fees are 2650 €  plus 350 €  to cover the costs of administration. Please note that Ceris does not offer scholarships, and no fee waivers are available. Selected applicants will be invited to process with the payment of the booking fees, which are part of the tuition fees. The balance of fees has to be paid by October 1st (October intake) or February 1st (February intake). The enrolment letter will be sent upon receipt of the full amount of the tuition fees.

 

Cancellation Policy

Once you confirm your registration for the October or February intake, a deposit of 1.500,00 € is required. In case of cancellation, do pay attention to the following principles:

October intake – before July 1st  : 100% reimbursement (minus the administration costs) – from July 1st and onwards : the deposit is nonrefundable / nontransferable.

February intake – before December 1st  : 100% reimbursement (minus the administration costs) – from December 1st and onwards : the deposit is nonrefundable / nontransferable.

In case of visa refusal, applicant has the possibility to re apply for the following academic term or to shift to the distance learning programme. Payment of fees’ balance will be required prior to activation of e-learning facilities.
