Franklin Dehousse is professor at the University of Liège. He has previously taught in various universities (College of Europe, Strasbourg, Paris and Namur). He has worked extensively in the telecommunications and trade business. He has worked in all main EU institutions: Parliament and Commission (as advisor and consultant), Council (as national negotiator), and Court of justice of the EU (as judge). He has followed all EU Treaty negotiations in various capacities since the Single Act in 1985. M. Xavier Miny is lecturer at the University of Liège and FRESH grantee (National Fund for Scientific Research).
