On the occasion of the Opening Lecture of CERIS, Professor Fawaz A. Gerges delivered a conference on “International Relations in a Changing World: Why War is inevitable in the Middle East?” on Friday, October 18th, 2019. The ceremony took place in the presence of many ambassadors, the State Minister André Flahaut, the president of CERIS H.E. Jan De Bock, the Secretary General of CERIS Ms. Nadia Karorero and the Director of CERIS Mr. Nicolas Cornil.
