On the occasion of the Graduation Ceremony of CERIS, Mr. Stefano Manservisi, the Director General of the European Commission’s Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development (DEVCO) delivered a lecture on “New Orientation in European Development Policy” on Friday June 29th, 2018. The ceremony took place in the presence of many ambassadors, the president of Academic Board of CERIS Marc Bossuyt, the president of CERIS (2016-2022) H.E. Jan De Bock, Professor Howard Nicholas (Academic Board of CERIS), the Secretary General of CERIS Ms. Nadia Karorero and the Director of CERIS Mr. Nicolas Cornil.
