On the occasion of the Graduation Ceremony of CERIS, Mr. Pascal Smet, State Secretary of the Brussels-Capital Region, responsible for European & International Relations, and Foreign Trade, delivered a conference on “Boring Brussels or Bustling Brussels? How to explain Brussels to the world?” on Friday October 22nd, 2021. The ceremony took place in the presence of many ambassadors, the president of CERIS H.E. Jan De Bock (2016-2022), Professor David Sogge (Academic Board of CERIS), Nicholas Williams (Academic Board of CERIS), the Secretary General of CERIS Ms. Nadia Karorero and the Director of CERIS Mr. Nicolas Cornil.
