On the occasion of the Opening Lecture of CERIS, Mr. François Heisbourg, Senior Adviser for Europe for the London-based “International Institute for Strategic Studies” – IISS, as well as Special Adviser for the Paris-based “Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique” – FRS, delivered a conference on “The nature and the implications of the global redistribution of power” on Friday October 13th, 2023. The ceremony took place in the presence of many ambassadors, the president of CERIS, professor Guy Olivier Faure, the Vice President of CERIS, Mr. Nicholas Williams, the Secretary General of CERIS, Ms. Nadia Karorero and the Director of CERIS, Mr. Nicolas Cornil.
