The Executive Master in International Politics is awarded after nine months of coursework. The curriculum, which consists of 60 credits ECTS (based on different parameters, such as student workload, learning outcomes and contact hours), relates conceptual frameworks and contemporary realities of today’s international politics. This objective is pursued through the complementary methodologies of lectures, discussions, seminars in small groups, presentations by participants and self-study from the reading materials available. The programme of lectures is reviewed every year and adapted to the rapidly changing international scene. In order to qualify for the Executive Master in International Politics participants are required to attend all twelve modules of the programme (20 ECTS), Academic Tutoring (2 ECTS), twelve Seminars & write two seminar essays (10 ECTS), produce an original dissertation or Master thesis (20 ECTS) and pass an oral examination (8 ECTS). The Executive Master in International Politics 60 ECTS is aimed at professionals working in an international environment who would like to acquire specific skills relating to the analysis of International Relations issues. The classes are held in English every Friday night (6.00 pm – 7.30 pm) and Saturday morning (9.30 am – 12.30 am) from October to May.
