Objective

 A very practical workshop on the subject of Strategic Crisis Management “how to plan and act in the context of international or national crisis events” with the clear objective of reducing ongoing conflict and addressing its underlying causes.

 Participants in the programme will learn more about themselves in a crisis situation, and will examine the best ways to contribute significantly to resolving such challenges. They will increase their confidence and leadership ability in this important field.

 It is not a weekend of theory, but 15 intensive hours over two days; with the focus on lessons learned from historical examples, negotiation skills that participants will seek to improve, and impactful discussion regarding leadership and communication in crisis.
