On the occasion of the Graduation Ceremony of CERIS, Christos Stylianides, the European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management since November 1st, 2014 delivered a lecture on “European Solidarity : Protecting and Saving Live” on Friday June 14th, 2019. The ceremony took place in the presence of many ambassadors, State Minister André Flahaut, the Rector of ULB (2016-2020) Yvon Englert , the president of Academic Board of CERIS Marc Bossuyt, the president of CERIS (2016-2022) H.E. Jan De Bock, the Secretary General of CERIS Ms. Nadia Karorero and the Director of CERIS Mr. Nicolas Cornil.
