His Excellency Mr. Alexander Tokovinin Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Kingdom of Belgium was our guest and delivered a lecturer on Friday February 14th, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. on ” The Russian Foreign Policy “. The conference was attended by a number of diplomats, the president of CERIS, H.E. Mr. Jan De Bock, the Secretary General of CERIS, Ms Nadia Karorero, and the Director of CERIS, Mr Nicolas Cornil.
