“The Global economic system in Crisis : the traps of Globalization“, speech delivered by Riccardo Petrella : Professor and lecturer in the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve (UCL) where he taught mostly “Globalization of the economy”; professor in the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), University of Liège (Ulg) and College of Europe. From December 1978 to 1994, he led the FAST “Forecasting and Assessment in Science & Technology” to the European Commission of the European Community. Initiator of the “Lisbon Group“; since 1997 with “Le Manifeste de l’eau“. He founded and he is the Secretary General of the “International Committee for a World Water Contract” chaired by Mario Soares.
